HOW TO USE
Moisten a cotton pad and use circular motions from the center of the neck up to the forehead. Flip the pad and sweep from the center of the face to the outside and down the neck. Can be used over the face, neck, and eyes without rubbing. Repeat until the cotton pad comes away clean. No need to rinse.
